Welcome to PatternFlow

By accessing or registering an account on PatternFlow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Subscriber") and PatternFlow, operated independently from Tamil Nadu, India, governing your access to the curriculum, prediction engines, visualizers, and code sandboxes.

01. Membership Passes & Structured Curriculum Updates

PatternFlow Pro is offered through structured, fixed-term membership passes designed to deliver continuous algorithmic preparation and curriculum updates:

1-Year Professional Pass

₹1,999

Full 12-month access to all 135+ problem masterclasses, interactive visualizers, Python sandboxes, and all structured curriculum updates released during the term.

2-Year Mastery Pass

₹2,999

Comprehensive 24-month access to the entire curriculum roadmap, advanced FAANG interview patterns, and continuous pedagogical updates across future curriculum waves.

No Automatic Recurring Billing: All membership passes are upfront one-time payments for the chosen duration. We never auto-charge your credit card or set up unannounced recurring mandates.
Continuous Curriculum Inclusions: During your active pass term, you receive immediate access to newly added problems, revised theory masterclasses, and enhanced visualizers at zero supplementary charge.
Term Expiration: Upon completion of your 1-Year or 2-Year pass duration, account access gracefully reverts to our free curriculum tier unless you manually choose to purchase a new pass.

02. Single-User Account Guidelines & Anti-Sharing

Strict Individual License (No Account Sharing)

Each PatternFlow Pro license is granted solely to a single individual natural person. Pooling, sharing login credentials across teams, renting, reselling, or publicizing access tokens is strictly prohibited.

Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account email and password.
Anomaly Detection: PatternFlow employs telemetry that checks for simultaneous concurrent logins across distant geographic IP addresses. Accounts exhibiting clear evidence of multi-user credential sharing are subject to immediate suspension without refund.
Transferability: Accounts are non-assignable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

03. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Protection

The entirety of PatternFlow—including but not limited to the 16-section pedagogical curriculum, real-world analogies, ASCII architecture layouts, progressive micro-prediction questions, interactive state step visualizers, and user interface designs—is the exclusive copyrighted intellectual property of PatternFlow Technologies:

No Scraping or Automated Extraction: You may not use automated bots, scrapers, headless browsers, or scripts to harvest questions, code challenges, or diagrams from PatternFlow.

No Mirroring or Redistribution: You may not republish, mirror, sublicense, distribute, or bundle PatternFlow materials on any external forum, GitHub repository, video channel, or commercial platform.

No AI Model Ingestion: Ingesting PatternFlow's proprietary pedagogical question banks into public or private large language model training pipelines without written licensing is an infringement of Indian and international copyright treaties.

04. In-Browser Code Sandboxes & Acceptable Use

PatternFlow provides in-browser Python execution environments powered by WebAssembly (Pyodide). You agree to use these environments solely for genuine algorithmic practice:

Do not attempt to execute denial-of-service scripts, crypto-miners, or client memory exhaustion loops.
Do not attempt cross-site scripting (XSS), reverse engineering of client compilation bundles, or unauthorized penetration testing.

05. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PatternFlow is an educational preparation platform designed to help software engineers systematically understand data structures and algorithms. While our curriculum covers high-yield patterns tested at FAANG and tier-1 companies:

No Guarantee of Employment: We do not warrant or guarantee that completion of the platform will result in job offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes at any specific enterprise.
As-Is Basis: The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of PatternFlow shall never exceed the total monetary amount actually paid by you for your PatternFlow Pro license.

06. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
